Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website located at neevsemi.com (the "Site") operated by NeevSemi India Private Limited ("NeevSemi", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use this Site.

These Terms apply to the Site only. Use of NeevSemi products (NeevDisha, LLMScoreBench, LLMGateway, LLMLocal) is governed by separate product licence or service agreements entered into at the time of onboarding.

2. Use of the Site

2.1 Permitted use

You may use this Site to learn about NeevSemi's products and services, submit enquiries via our contact form, and access publicly available content. All other uses require our prior written permission.

2.2 Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Indian or international law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or infrastructure
• Transmit any malware, spyware, or harmful code via the Site
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without our written consent
• Impersonate NeevSemi, its directors, employees, or any other person or entity
• Use the Site to transmit unsolicited commercial communications

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 NeevSemi's IP

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, product names, software architecture descriptions, and the NeevSemi design system — is the exclusive property of NeevSemi India Private Limited or its licensors, protected under Indian copyright law (Copyright Act, 1957) and applicable international treaties.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our express written permission.

3.2 Your content

Any information or materials you submit to us through this Site (such as contact form messages) grant NeevSemi a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. We do not claim ownership of your submissions.

3.3 Your design data

If you use our products, your semiconductor design data, RTL, netlists, and proprietary IP remain entirely yours. NeevSemi claims no rights over customer design data. See our product agreements and the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

NeevSemi does not warrant that the Site will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NeevSemi India Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, this Site — even if NeevSemi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

NeevSemi's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand).
